Our property is part of a biological corridor of wildlife migration that adjoins La Cangreja Reserve to Carara Biological Reserve. The land is steep and mountainous in many areas and ranges in elevation from 300 to 1000 meters. Our mountain ridgeline is the old Rancho Largo road, now abandoned. This gives us spectacular views of the entire area along with views to Golfito in the south and Puntarenas in the north. Water is born on our property in three different locations. We have three year around streams and a small river with cascades and several waterfalls of respectable size, including many water holes.
